From the SMART Jazz Execs band to the $1000 50/50 grand prize drawing – everyone had a great time. Over 200 guests were present to enjoy the game on our 80″ TV’s and support South County Outreach, SMART Foundation, and the California Parkinson’s Group. Super Celebration is Generation Give’s signature event and we look forward to sharing the “Big Game” with you next year!

We received the following note from the Wishosauruses team captain, Laura:”Dear Generation Give, I can’t thank you enough for your support in this event. We raised $17,182 – the most… of any team, ever!! And that was before the grant match meaning we really raised over $34K for Make a Wish!
Because of your donation, I was able to get everyone on the team to $500+. I also think it was an excellent motivator for people to raise even more, knowing that if they raised enough, they would receive even more from your generous pool. Thank you again!!!”

Over $6500.00 was raised and will be divided among the three causes supported by the event; California Parkinson’s Group, South County Outreach, and Lawrence Elementary School.

 The 80+ people in attendance got to participate in an opportunity drawing for dozens of prizes and bid on some wonderful silent auction items and experiences.

Generation Give believes in making a measurable impact in all they do, and 100% of money donated is passed through.

The drawing took place at 11pm on Friday the 25th of November. What better day to give away some great gift cards than Black Friday?!

Our grand-prize winner very generously donated the $1000 cash prize she opted for back to Mission Hospital for pediatric care. All of our other winners, including first-prize winner Linda Terzic, were happy to receive their gift cards!
